Christine, with over 24 years of experience in the real estate industry, obtained her real estate license in 1998, followed by her broker's license in 2008. She has also worked as a licensed appraiser. Recognizing the importance of delivering exceptional customer experiences, Christine founded Fine Southern Properties, aiming to collaborate with experts in various facets of real estate transactions. In 2014, Crosby Development selected Fine Southern Properties as the exclusive broker for The Sanctuary, a testament to Christine's unwavering commitment to both buyers and sellers. Her approach is characterized by honesty, integrity, and meticulous attention to detail in every deal. With a BA in Communications from Loyola University and multiple real estate designations including GRI, GREEN, and SFR, Christine has the knowledge and connections to provide unmatched service and results for her valued clients. Amanda is a resident of The Sanctuary with strong ties to the community. Before moving to Mandeville, she was a licensed insurance broker and agency owner.  She has 10+ years of experience in all aspects of the insurance industry with a proven track record of high achievement in customer satisfaction and transaction profitability. Her skills in sales, consulting, and developing, are broad and encompass the full spectrum of the real estate industry. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to The FSP Team.  Amanda is the The Sanctuary's social committee chair and she's made it her calling to connect families to all that The Sanctuary has to offer.  Always fun-loving, yet professional and reliable, Amanda makes the buying/selling the process enjoyable. She’s married to Calin Colceriu-Dandu and mother to daughter, Jacie and son, Gabriel.
